|  Refillable Toys & Refill KitsThe S.S. Rainbow is the most durable, versatile toy that we've seen. The S.S. Rainbow arrives fully assembled as pictured and also comes with one complete refill kit.
The base of this refillable toy consists of three stainless steel plates that are FILLED with uniquely shaped, colorful wood blocks and colored sisal. Each base plate is drilled with holes which allows you to refill the toy as needed.

Stainless steel chain, stainless steel welded O-rings and the stainless steel base plates have rounded corners. The pine wood blocks are dyed with non-toxic, bird safe coloring.
